At Foltrain (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we build software around a local-first and privacy-by-default philosophy. Foltrain Launcher is designed to function entirely on your device without collecting, transmitting, or monetizing your personal information.

1. Zero External Data Collection & Transmission

We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on external servers.

• We do not operate remote databases or user tracking servers for Foltrain Launcher.
• We do not sell, trade, or monetize any user data.
• We do not embed third-party advertising, marketing trackers, or telemetry SDKs.

2. On-Device Data & Feature Permissions

To operate as a home screen launcher and display accurate, real-time device information, Foltrain Launcher accesses specific data locally on your device. All of this data remains 100% local to your phone and is never transmitted off your device.

This includes:

• App Usage Statistics: Accessed locally to display performance metrics, app usage info, and screen-time breakdowns directly on your launcher screens.
• Media & Storage Access: Accessed locally to load application icons, custom display assets, device wallpapers, and media controls.
• Contacts: Accessed locally to enable direct quick-dialing, messaging shortcuts, or contact searching within the launcher interface.

3. Storage & Processing

All processing, caching, and state management happen exclusively on your physical device hardware.

• Local Sandboxing: Any custom settings, widget preferences, or performance logs remain inside the application’s sandboxed local storage on your phone.
• No Cloud Sync: Foltrain Launcher does not sync your contacts, media, or usage history to any cloud service.

4. Diagnostic & Crash Data

Foltrain Launcher does not contain self-hosted diagnostic or crash-reporting tools.

If the application crashes, your device’s operating system (e.g., Android) may generate an anonymized crash report based on your system-level privacy settings. These system reports are managed directly by your mobile platform vendor.

5. Data Control & Deletion

Because your data and preferences are stored exclusively on your device:

• You maintain full control over your data at all times.
• You can revoke permission to access contacts, media, or usage stats at any time via your device’s system settings (note: some launcher features may stop functioning without relevant permissions).
• Clearing the launcher’s app data or uninstalling Foltrain Launcher completely erases all local settings and cached launcher data from your phone.

6. Children’s Privacy

Foltrain Launcher does not collect or transmit personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
